Mechanical/Plumbing Design & Build Value £2 million
Greengate were employed to design, coordinate & deliver new CAT A & CAT B office space to levels 4 & 5. New water based ducted fan coil units were installed throughout the new collaborative working space. New heating and chilled water pipework distributed from the landlord connections was provided to all fan coil units, controlled via PIC valves. Domestics and drainage services to tea points, mother room, multifaith room, and WCs were further installed to provide the complete office space.
