- In all our designs, we select industry-leading, energy-efficient products to drive long-term environmental performance.
Social
Our social impact is driven by a commitment to people, community and opportunity.
- We are proud to employ two apprentices each year, a pledge that grows as our business expands.
- Our chosen charity, COSMIC, remains close to our hearts, we continually raise funds to support paediatric care.
- Every team member is encouraged to volunteer and contribute to community initiatives, with no need to take annual leave for doing good.
- All timber waste from our operations is donated to Good Hope Project, a local charity supporting mental health.
- We provide Mental Health Awareness training to all staff, promoting wellbeing and understanding across our teams.
Governance
Strong Governance ensures we maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety and professional conduct.
- We maintain our Health & Safety accreditations and uphold best practice at every level.
- External monthly Health & Safety audits are carried out to verify full compliance with HSE and CDM regulations.
